In its commitment to improving the safety and efficiency of its fleet, Transegre has decided to incorporate a state-of-the-art simulation classroom, specifically designed for the training of its more than 400 drivers. This new facility, developed by Lander, has been configured to precisely replicate the loading and unloading scenarios at its main facilities located in the province of Lleida.

Grupo Vall Companys, one of the largest producers of animals and feed in Spain and Europe, manages the logistics of its products through Transegre, which has a fleet of approximately 350 trucks. Additionally, it complements its operation with agreements with small transport companies in other areas of the country.

The new simulation classroom will allow Transegre to offer continuous and personalized training, ensuring that its drivers are better prepared to face the specific challenges of their operations. By reproducing real work environments and complex situations in real-time, Lander’s technology will ensure safe and efficient training, reducing risks and optimizing productivity.
