First motorcycle simulator installed in Colombia
The first motorcycle simulator in Colombia has now been a reality for more than a week.
In its serious bid for technology and innovation, the company Solumek S.A. - jointly with LANDER - has developed this project which consists of a simulator which is mounted in a mobile classroom and allows the device to cover the whole of Colombia to train riders in every part of the country without their having to travel to a training centre.
Colombia is a country where the number of motorcycles has increased substantially over the past decade to achieve figures way above the average with some 5 million units. This is the reason why the rate of motorcycle accidents has increased so much and makes it vital to find a more effective training and education solution.
There is no doubt that Solumek has taken a giant step forward thanks to which it is now going to become the market leader in the field of rider training. At LANDER we are sending our most heartfelt congratulations in recognition of this great advance and so we will be there with all of our enthusiasm and support throughout.
