Lander Simulation, experts in training at the International Railway Summit in Kuala Lumpur
Our Area Manager, Andoni Larrate, attended last week’s International Railway Summit held in Kuala Lumpur as an expert on training systems for train drivers.
“Social and economic sustainability for rail transport” was the focus of the summit, which was organised by IRITS Events in collaboration with the International Union of Railways. Various issues were discussed at the event including the digital transformation of rail systems and the need to increase capacity and reduce congestion. All against the backdrop of the upcoming high-speed rail link between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
The summit provided us with the opportunity to gain a first-hand understanding of the key investment projects in Malaysia and to meet with operators, manufacturers and other experts in rail solutions. It represented a superb opportunity to understand the challenges facing operators and better adapt our solutions to them.
