Improving Training in Driving Schools with Simulators
The Impetus Driving School in Germany enhances road safety with its new driving simulator
The Impetus Driving School, located in the picturesque town of Lahr, Germany, has decided to enhance its road instruction methods by acquiring a driving simulator from Lander Simulation. This exciting news comes after Impetus expressed great interest in our simulators in January 2023.
Impetus bets on Lander’s new car simulator
Despite maintaining a strong belief in the potential of simulators as a teaching tool, Impetus experienced certain limitations with its previous simulator, as it did not meet expectations. Finally, Impetus has given simulators another chance by acquiring an innovative car simulator from Lander Simulation.
The installation of the simulator is scheduled for January of next year, marking the beginning of the implementation of Lander Simulation’s light vehicle simulators aimed at training new drivers in Germany.
This solution focuses on driving in urban and interurban environments and includes the possibility of generating numerous risk scenarios in daily driving to practice and learn safe driving habits. All of this, with a sophisticated design that is highly attractive to students.
Expansion of Lander simulators for Impetus
Moreover, Impetus has expressed interest in further expanding its simulator fleet to promote more technological training in additional training centers across the country. This project highlights Impetus’ commitment to adopting cutting-edge technology to enhance road safety education and provide its students with the most advanced tools for their training.
Impetus’ purchase has allowed us to better understand the situation of driving schools in Germany and has given us a valuable reference to expand into more driving schools in the future.
The Lander Simulation team is excited about the opportunity to work closely with Impetus, and the integration of the simulator into road safety education promises a safer future on Germany’s roads.
