Lander unveils its new Lander Simbio simulator.
Lander will unveil its new Lander Simbio simulator on the 22nd of June at the Northern Convention Centre at Madrid Trade Fair (IFEMA).
The new Lander Simbio simulator is designed for professional lorry and coach drivers, and responds to the training needs of this group, both at home and abroad. As established by European Directive 2003/59/CE, the activity of driving is subject to the obligation of an initial qualification followed by continuous training (Certificate of Professional Aptitude - CAP). Each driver must undertake an individual driving course lasting for 20 hours, eight of which may be done in a high-performance simulator like those offered by LANDER.
The main features of the Lander Simbio are its cabin, which has a desk, real controls and seat; the option of creating movement in the simulator and screens with 180ยบ viewing angle. Lander Simbio has an ergonomic and modern design and can be installed in any type of office or classroom. With Lander Simbio, students can work on their own, without the need for a instructor.
For this reason, software was developed in which the simulator automatically evaluates students and informs them of the mistakes they have made during the exercises.
