When your job coincides with your passion

The fundamental pillar of LANDER’s success are people. The company was created and grew thanks to the work of a team of young people, who with enormous creativity started to give shape to customers’ desires.

Since 2002, the average age in the company has grown directly proportionally to the team’s level of specialisation. However, occasionally there are new arrivals which, in addition to keeping us young, makes us feel the huge passion and innocence that young people feel as our own.

An example of this is Xabier Iraola, who has just joined the Hardware department at LANDER. What is striking

about Xabier is not his training in electromechanical and automated systems, but his dedication to the automotive world. With his recent incorporation to LANDER he has seen a dream come true, to work in a field he is passionate about and to be able to travel! When he finishes his shift working with simulators, he carries on working in his workshop, where he prepares racing cars for competing on racetracks.
